2. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to eco-friendly dye processes and screen settings.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability of stock.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (CashFree). We do not store credit/debit card details.
  • For pre-booked items, payment is collected at the time of order placement. Production begins after payment confirmation.

4. Pre-Booking

  • Pre-booked items are made to order and require 10–15 business days for production.
  • Pre-booked items are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of defect.
  • If we are unable to fulfil a pre-book order, you will be notified and offered a full refund or store credit.
  • Custom sizing requests are final and cannot be exchanged for standard sizes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and code — is the property of Vayomeie and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Product designs are original works of art created by our artisan partners and are protected under copyright.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

9. Colour & Eco-Friendly Dye Disclaimer

Our products are made with eco-friendly colours, which means:

  • Slight colour variations between batches are inherent and part of the charm of eco-friendly dyeing.
  • Colours may evolve with washing and wear, developing a unique patina over time.
  • Actual product colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen.
  • These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
