Shipping Details

• We currently ship within India only.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• A shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
• You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Delivery to remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days.

Pre-Booked Orders

• Pre-booked items are handcrafted upon order and take 10–15 business days for dispatch.
• You will be notified at each stage of production.
• Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not after order placement.

Returns

Return Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sized or pre-booked items made to your specifications.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Undergarments and intimates for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

• We offer one-time exchanges for size or colour within 7 days of delivery.
• The exchange item must be of equal or greater value (you pay the difference).
• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
• To request an exchange, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photos of the defect and your order number.
• We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund.
